  • I really don't think will win the grand slam because I don't think she will hold up physically. She has been out since the Australian where she was heavily taped. She has the Australian, and she has a good shot at Wimbledon but I think she will struggle at the French and the US open.

  • Seems like every team the Lakers play are giving all the competition they can get, but so far the Lakers have prevailed. But I am waiting to see how the Lakers fair when they play Boston, Orlando and maybe the Cavs (I feel the can beat the Cavs easy).

  • The tone of the speech gave an underlaying tone that fortunate Americans should have more compassion for those Americans that are less fortunate.

  • Why didn't the cop just back off after the guy produced ID. This isn't about race, it's about how the cop didn't like a college professor (black or white) talking to him that way. Both the cop and Gates should have let common sense win out.

  • Why didn't the cop just back off after Gates produced ID? At that point he knew it was the Gates's home. This wasn't about race... it was about the cop not liking how a big wig college professor (black or white) talking to him in that manner.

  • I like the Spurs, but I just don't think they match up with the Lakers' talent. Yes, Artest has his problems, but the guy defends very well and can only help the Lakers down on the blocks. Spurs needs a healthy Duncan and Ginobili.

  • The Lakers will repeat.. no other team in the West can beat them and any team coming out to the East will be so beat up by the time they get to the finals, the Lakers will take them in 6. I just hope it's Boston so the Lakers can get even from two seasons ago.
